In latest news from Uttarakhand, the BJP candidate from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar constituency Ajay Bhatt has hit the campaign trail, crisscrossing the constituency limits and exhorting the voters to bless him with their mandate in the April 19 Lok Sabha election only to strengthen the hands of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to steward the country towards the status of developed nation. He mentioned the string of welfare projects dished out by the Modi government over the past years to uplift the living standards of the economically unprivileged people.
He further said that the people- particularly farmers, unemployed youth, women and traders- were impatiently waiting for the poll day to bless the BJP candidates so as to ensure that the development momentum would continue for the next five years.
