Bhim Army State chief & executive join BJP

Impressed by the works undertaken by the Union government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the State president of Bhim Army, Munni Lal Shinde along with the state executive of the outfit joined the Bharatiya Janata Party here on Monday.
The BJP State president Madan Kaushik welcomed Shinde and others from the Bhim Army into the BJP. He said that senior leaders of the Congress and other opposition parties in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan are leaving their parties to join the BJP regularly. He said that when the whole world was suffering due to the Covid-19 pandemic, India did not allow any of its citizens to sleep hungry. “Our economic condition is improving consistently along with the growth rate. The maximum membership of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe members is highest in the BJP at various levels,” he said.
Speaking on the occasion, Shinde said that he had joined the BJP to serve as a soldier. “I will try to meet the expectations of the party in whichever work I am given to take the party further,” he said.
Haridwar MP and former chief minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ assured the members of Bhim Army joining the BJP that their interests will be taken care of by the party. Nishank said that the BJP has been working for a long time to fulfill the dreams of BR Ambedkar and listed various works done for ensuring that the welfare of the last person is also taken care of.
Ranipur MLA Adesh Chauhan also expressed his views on the occasion. Various office bearers of the BJP and former members of the Bhim Army were present on the occasion.
