BJP begins series of PCs to raise awareness on newfarm laws
On the directions of the Bharatiya Janata Party state president Banshidhar Bhagat, the party initiated a series of Press conferences in the districts in order to raise awareness on the three farm laws. The party also released a list of ministers and its senior office bearers who will hold the Press conferences in various districts.
While the BJP state president himself addressed the media in Haldwani on Sunday, State minister Dhan Singh Rawat addressed the media in Chamoli district while Urban Development minister Madan Kaushik addressed a Press conference in Dehradun on the same day. On Monday, the Press conferences will be held by the party’s state spokesman Vinod Suyal in Uttarkashi, by State minister Dhan Singh Rawat in Tehri and Rudraprayag districts. On the same day, Press conferences will also be addressed by state spokesman Vinay Goel in Rishikesh, by State vice president JP Gairola in Vikasnagar, by position holder Vinay Ruhela in Roorkee, by state spokesman Prakash Rawat in Almora and by the forest development corporation chairman Sudesh Parihar in Champawat. On December 15, Union Education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ will address the media in Haridwar. On the same day, Press conferences will be held by position holder Virendra Singh Bisht in Pauri, by position holder Gajraj Singh Bisht in Pithoragarh, by Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam chairman Kedar Joshi in Bageshwar, by the State’s Education minister Arvind Pandey in Udham Singh Nagar, by Forest minister Harak Singh Rawat at Kotdwar in Pauri district and by former MP Balraj Pasi in Nainital.
