BJP govt failed to provide jobs to unemployed: Pritam
The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Pritam Singh has said that the BJP government of Uttarakhand has failed to provide jobs to the unemployed. He said that the price rise has hit the general public hard and the health services are in dismal condition in Uttarakhand.
Addressing party workers who met him on Saturday, the PCC president said that the basic concept behind creation of a separate state is being ignored. He called upon the Congress party workers to work unitedly and make the party strong at booth level. The vice president of Uttarakhand Congress Surya Kant Dhasmana said that the Congress would form government in Uttarakhand in the year 2022 under the leadership of Pritam Singh. He said that the Congress party would start a phased agitation to highlight the failures of the BJP government.
Later, Dhasmana felicitated the PCC president by presenting a shawl to him.
Congress leaders Rajendra Shah, Garima Joshi, Mahesh Joshi and others were present on the occasion.
