BJP leaders take holy dip on last day of Mahakumbh

The BJP State president and Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt and cabinet ministers Ganesh Joshi and Dhan Singh Rawat took a holy dip at the Sangam in Prayagraj along with their respective families on the concluding day of Mahakumbh on the occasion of Mahashivratri on Wednesday.
Emphasising on the significance of the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers, Bhatt said that it as a symbol of the unity and spiritual strength of Sanatana Dharma. He stated that this grand festival reinforces the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, fostering a deep sense of spiritual connection among devotees from diverse linguistic and regional backgrounds.
He stated that the Mahakumbh serves as a unifying force, transcending regional and linguistic differences as millions of devotees immerse themselves in a shared spiritual commitment. The event strengthens the spiritual and cultural fabric of the nation, bringing people together in devotion and faith, he said.
