Questioning the election campaign launched by the Congresson Monday, the Bharatiya Janata Party said that the party whose chief minister was caught on camera giving license to loot Uttarakhand is now shamelessly giving the “Char Dham-Char Kaam” slogan. Stating this, the BJP State president Madan Kaushik said that the Congress leaders from outside who are talking of gas cylinder subsidy, better health facilities, employment generation and making other tall claims should first implement these in the Congress governments in their own states. Kaushik asked the voters to beware, opining that soon the Congress leaders will appear duping the people of Uttarakhand. “Those who were abusing each other till yesterday are now together riding the sinking ship of the Congress in their greed for power. Their intention is not to execute four works in the land of Char Dham, but only one which is to loot the state through new methods of corruption.
The party which cannot name even one work during its term in office is now talking of four works- which the public will not believe. The Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel should first implement these announcements in his state,” said Kaushik. He opined that the Congress’ promises are hollow while the reliability of the party itself is zero. The people of Uttarakhand will not fall for this as they have made up ther mind to elect the BJP, he claimed.
