BJP sets up Covid control room in Doon, to set up control rooms in all districts

The Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to open Covid-19 control rooms in all the districts. The BJP State president Madan Kaushik has formed a five-member team for this purpose.
In order to start the party’s “Mera Booth Corona Mukt” programme, Kaushik has directed that Covid control rooms be established in the party’s State HQ and all districts. The party’s state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan said that the BJP’s national and state leadership has asked all the party workers to render their services for relief works and efforts aimed at protection from the pandemic. The party’s state president has formed a five-member team for setting up the state level control room. The team has been directed to remain active 24 hours. Kaushik has also sent letters to all the party’s district heads, directing them to form three-member committees and set up control rooms in their respective districts soon.

The party’s state spokesman Vinod Suyal (9411192628), state social media coordinator Shekhar Verma (9719300758), state disaster management coordinator Kunwar Japendra Singh (9897272545), State Kisan Morcha head Anil Chauhan (886909133) and state head of scheduled caste Morcha Ambadutt Arya (9719270156) have been made responsible for the state control room. All the party workers have been told to serve the public, assist people as required in hospitals, homes and get involved in facilitation of masks, sanitisers, plasma donation and other tasks.
