Personnel of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) are busy clearing the snow off the national highway to Badrinath. Following the snowfall experienced in the recent past, the Badrinath highway is closed from Hanumanchatti to Badrinath due to the snow. The BRO has completed the task of clearing the snow off the road from Hanumanchatti to Dudhdhara Nala with the work of removing snow from the remaining stretch of the highway underway.
The BRO personnel are cutting away big blocks of snow to clear the highway. The BRO commander Manish Kapil said that soon the entire road will be cleared to enable the movement of vehicles up to Badrinath.
