In latest news from Uttarakhand, on being informed that foul smell was coming from a house in Rajpura area under Kotwali police station limits in Haldwani, police reached and broke the door open to find a completely burnt body lying in a room. The body is suspected to have been burnt due to an electric shock. The body was later sent for post-mortem.
The deceased was identified as Suresh Sharma (42) and he might have died three days ago from electric shock. Police said the matter was being investigated.
