Staff members of the Bank of India Dehradun zonal office participated in various Yogic exercises at an event held to mark International Day of Yoga on Tuesday. The bank’s zonal manager Jai Narain guided the staff members in doing various exercises and Mudras.
A regular practitioner of Yoga, the zonal manager said that Yoga is necessary for both mental and physical health. He exhorted all the staff members to make Yoga a part of their life. This will also enable all the staff members to serve the bank’s customers with full energy, he added.
