1.60 lakh employees to get Rs 7,000 Diwali bonus
After the decision of the state cabinet on Thursday the Uttarakhand government released the order for bonus to the state government employees on Friday.
The decision would benefit more than 1.60 lakh employees of state government, local bodies and corporations. In an order the additional chief secretary Manisha Panwar said that the non gazetted employees’ up-to the grade pay of Rs 4,200 would be eligible for the bonus.
The bonus would be interim not linked to the productivity and would be of 30 days not exceeding Rs 6,907.89. The casual/ daily wage earners working in different departments for a period of minimum three years would also get a bonus of Rs 1,184.
