Mukesh Bora has been elected as the chairman of the Nainital Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh (NDUSS) for the second time. Newly elected members of the management committee were sworn in on Monday.
Bora said on the occasion that priority will be accorded to the interests of the producers and the consumers. It will be recalled that the Uttarakhand High Court had found the election process held on February 22 valid but the petitioners challenged this decision in the double bench. The double bench also found the process valid and ordered declaration of the election results. Union minister of State Ajay Bhatt also congratulated the elected office bearers of NDUSS on the occasion.
