Bring all sections in secretariat under e-office system by Dec 25: CM
All sections in the secretariat should start working with the e-office system by December 25. Stating this while chairing a meeting with senior officials on Tuesday, chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat he said that before his district tours scheduled for December, the Garhwal and Kumaon commissioners should review the schemes assembly constituency-wise.
Addressing the officials, Rawat directed that the secretaries in-charge of districts should tour their respective districts by the end of this month and review development schemes and programmes. The secretaries were also directed to inspect growth centres while touring the districts. The CM further instructed that a committee be formed to enable uploading of the details from the CM dashboard on the public domain to enable swift redressal of grievances and effective implementation of schemes. Rawat also directed all the district magistrates to regularly hold ‘government at your doorstep’- grievance redressal camps regularly down to the block level and ensure swift redressal of public grievances. The DMs and SDMs should also focus on holding their courts regularly.
Rawat also directed the heads of departments to regularly review their departments and ensure effective implementation of departmental schemes. Directing swift redressal of pending cases in various self employment schemes, he directed the finance secretary to hold a meeting with bankers in this regard to expedite the necessary action.
Chief secretary Om Prakash, additional chief secretaries Radha Raturi, Manisha Panwar, principal secretary Anand Bardhan and other officials were also present in the meeting.
