Launching a slew of rail projects, including inauguration of the Jammu division, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the time was not far-off when the first bullet train would run in India, adding that this was coming up in response to the ‘rising’ demand for high-speed trains from across the country. He further said that his government had succeeded in changing India’s image internationally. He said this in a video address with the chief ministers of Telangana, Odisha and Jammu and Kashmir.
