Hare Krishna Cares Foundation and GX India Limited jointly conducted a campaign to clean Ganga ghats in Haridwar as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility. The foundation’s director Varun Kumar and company director Magan Swaroop said that old clothes, plastic and other items discarded by people on the ghats after Holi were dirtying the river and the ghats. During the cleaning campaign, the foundation and company representatives also raised awareness among the visitors on the cleanliness of the Ganga and its ghats.
