A meeting to review the progress of PMGSY works in the blocks of the district was held here on Friday presided over by the chief development officer Abhishek Tripathi. In the meeting, the updated status of compensation distribution on PMGSY roads was reviewed. Tripathi directed the officers concerned to complete the compensation distribution process soon.
The nodal officer, PMGSY, Tehri, informed that against the sanctioned amount of Rs 34.97 crore, Rs 27.46 crore has been received for 84 motor roads so far, adding that Rs 23.31 crore has been distributed with Rs 4.16 crore left to be distributed.
