Chandan Hospital receives Best Emerging Multi Super-speciality Hospital of Year award

Chandan Hospital, Haldwani was adjudged the Best Emerging Multi Super-speciality Hospital of Year as part of the Six Sigma Healthcare Excellence Awards 2026. Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi presented the award to the hospital’s chief executive officer Dr Parvez Ahmed at a function held in New Delhi. The hospital received the award for its achievement of providing high quality, modern and patient-centric super-speciality healthcare services to patients.
Prominent personalities from the government, armed forces and the cinema world were among those who attended the event. Param Vir Chakra awardee Yogendra Singh Yadav, Mangesh Naik of Mumbai Police, who played a role in arresting 26/11 terrorist Ajmal Kasab, Border Security Force DIG Dalveer Singh Ahlawat and IPS officer Shahida Parveen known for her courageous work in Jammu-Kashmir were also among those present on the occasion. Among those from the entertainment world, noted actors Hema Malini, Jaya Prada, Rana Daggubati. Rajpal Yadav and singers Kailash Kher and Daler Mehndi also attended the programme
