Children’s art exhibition starts at DLRC

The Doon Library and Research Centre (DLRC) commenced its children’s art exhibition on the occasion of Children’s Day on Thursday. The exhibition will run till November 17. The in-charge of the children’s reading section at the library, Megha stated that the aim of this exhibition is not only to showcase the talents of children but also to promote a sense of community and appreciation for art among attendees. This event highlights the remarkable potential of these budding artists and encourages a collective appreciation for artistic expression among visitors.
Speaking at the occasion, DLRC advisor BK Joshi praised the original artistic works of the children. The programme features various artistic expressions, reflecting the hard work and passion of the students.
Notably, a puppet-making workshop will also be organised at DLRC on November 17, coinciding with the conclusion of the art exhibition.
