Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has approved Rs 9.78 crore for widening the stretch of Haridwar Road from Araghar to Rispana bridge in Dehradun.
The work will also include construction of drains and footpath. Further, the CM also approved Rs 3.56 crore for the Danda Lakhaund drinking water scheme and Rs 3.36 crore for the Tarla Nagal drinking water scheme also in Dehradun with orders for releasing Rs 142.76 lakh and Rs 134.41 lakh respectively for the two schemes. Dehradun mayor Sunil Uniyal ‘Gama’ and BJP Mahanagar head Sitaram Bhattthanked the CM for these approvals, adding that the state is developing at a swift pace under his leadership.
