In latest news from Doon, in view of the meteorological department having warned of the arrival of chilling winter with rain forecast, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed all the district magistrates to distribute blankets and quilts for the needy aside from starting adequate number of rain baseras. He stressed on the homeless be shifted to these baseras as per requirement, particularly children women and elderly. Besides, he asked them to arrange bonfires when required.
