Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been camping in Uttarkashi to personally monitor the operation underway to rescue the 41 workers stuck in the Silkyara tunnel since November 12. On Friday, the CM disposed of various files at the temporary camp office set up at Matli in Uttarkashi.
Dhami has been staying at Matli since Wednesday to ensure that the rescue operation is carried out as required. To avoid delay in other official works, a temporary camp office of the CM is functioning from Matli. The CM on Friday disposed of various official files while also issuing necessary instructions to the officials. In the evening, Dhami went to Silkyara to check the rescue operation underway. He interacted with the team involved in the rescue operation and issued necessary instructions to them.
