Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami sprang a surprise when he reached the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) Mussoorie unannounced on Wednesday to attend the ongoing ‘Shashakt Uttarakhand @ 25, Chintan Shivir. He took a position in a back seat and listened to the discussions.
While addressing the Shivir on the first day on Tuesday Dhami asked the officers to come out of the 10 am to 5 pm work culture and focus on solving the issues rather than lingering them on.
