CM Dhami reviews preparations for PM’s visit

Ahead of the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the Badrinath shrine on Wednesday morning. He also visited the Mana village and supervised the preparations for the visit of the PM. At Badrinath the CM Dhami offered prayers at the shrine.
The chairman of the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) Ajendra Ajay welcomed the CM on his arrival in the temple.
Dhami conducted an inspection of the different development projects being undertaken under the Badrinath master plan and gave necessary instructions to the officers. PM Modi would come to Uttarakhand on Friday. He would offer prayers at Kedarnath and Badrinath shrines during his visit and is likely to celebrate Deepawali with the soldiers at a forward post located at the India- China border. The PM would stay in Badrinath on Friday night.
The district magistrate of Chamoli Himanshu Khurana, CDO Lalit Narayan Mishra, additional district magistrate Dr Abhishek Tripathi, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kumkum Joshi and others accompanied the CM during the visit.
