In latest news from Doon, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed the district magistrates to take prompt actions regarding the fake news circulated over several media platforms about the upcoming Char Dham Yatra while virtually interacting with the DMs here on Monday. Also, he ordered them to monitor the yatra at their levels while stressing on water- tight security for the annual pilgrimage commencing on Wednesday.
Besides, the CM again emphasised on intense tenant verification drives and identification of those who have been availing benefits from government-run welfare schemes despite not being entitled.
Further, he asked the DMs to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply during the summer months.
