CM exhorts youth to take responsibility for developed India

The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that the youth should take up the responsibility to make India, a Vishwa Guru and a developed nation by the year 2047. He took part in the Yuva Dharma Sansad programme organised at Patanjali auditorium in Haridwar on Friday.
Welcoming the participants, the CM said that the programme, inspired by the famous speech given by Swami Vivekanand on September 11, 1893 in Chicago, United States of America, will inspire the youth of the country to contribute towards nation building. He said that today’s youth is duty bound and is responsible towards the country and this Dharma Sansad will prove to be a milestone in building a developed nation. Dhami said that for a nation to become developed its youth power should be organised, self-reliant and inspired by the spirit of nationalism. Reminding the youth that the nation comes first, the CM said that they should choose their field of work according to their interest. The CM said that the youngsters should adopt a resolution and added that this resolution should be without any alternatives because alternatives dilute the resolution. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Indian culture is getting recognition all over the world and the entire world is trying to adopt the heritage of Indian Sanatan culture, Yoga and Pranayam. He averred that now people in many countries of the world are listening to the essence of Bhagwad Gita.
Terming Uttarakhand as Devbhoomi and a land of spirituality, the CM said that the State government is committed to promote the religious and cultural heritage in the State. He said that a centre for Hindu Studies will be set up in Doon University soon.
The general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha, Ayodhya Champat Rai, Acharya Mithilesh Nanidni Sharan and Baba Ramdev also addressed the Dharam Sansad of youth.
