In latest news from Uttarakhand, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched and laid foundation stone of a slew of development projects costing over Rs 240 crore for Uttarkashi district while participating in the Didi-Bhuli Mahotsav in Uttarkashi town. Further, he distributed cheques among the beneficiaries of several State government-launched schemes. He also inaugurated the ‘Vikas Bharat Vikas Gram’ exhibition at Ramlila Maidan, inspected stalls and attended cultural programmes presented by the folk artists and rural women. He offered puja at the revered Shakti Mata and Baba Vishwanath temples. During his visit, he interacted with the women engaged in red paddy cultivation.
