CM lays foundation stone of projects worth Rs 9.41 cr

In latest Uttarakhand news, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami laid foundation stones of a slew of projects worth Rs 9.41 crore to be executed by Haridwar- Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA). The CM said that these projects when executed would prove immensely beneficial for the people of Haridwar in the coming days. Three of these projects involve building sports complexes where the children will be able to practise in the night as well as during the monsoon season. The sports-inclined children would be provided with international-level facilities meant to boost their sporting talents and these children would in future glorify the country’s name in the realm of world sports, the CM said. The vice-chairman, HRDA Anshul Singh said that the Har Ki Paudi police station would be beautified, too. Plus, a building would come up to house the leprosy patients. A land has been earmarked for this project in Roshnabad and the work on it has already started, Singh added.
