CM meets beneficiaries of welfare schemes in Dehradun

The residents of Dakra Bazaar and Garhi Cantt in Dehradun were pleasantly surprised on Saturday evening when chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited their locality. In the visit the CM met and interacted with the beneficiaries of different welfare schemes.
He met with the beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Yojana and the scheme of free ration. The CM said that the effort of the State government is to ensure that benefit of all the welfare schemes is extended to all the eligible people. He said that the officers have been asked to ensure that all the complaints of the beneficiaries are addressed. The CM also handed over a letter of Prime Minister to the beneficiaries during his visit.
In the letter the PM has said that in last ten years many welfare schemes for poor were started with an objective of reducing the burden of poor and making their lives easy. In the letter the PM mentions that four castes , poor, youth, farmers and women are of utmost importance for his government and a new chapter of welfare of poor and women, upliftment of youth and dignity of farmers is being written in the last 10 years.
