Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met young boxer Deepali Thapa at his camp office here on Sunday. Hailing from Nainital, Deepali had won the gold medal in the 33 kilogrammes class in the Asian (Boys and Girls) Boxing Championship held during August-September at Abu Dhabi.
Congratulating the young boxer for her performance, the CM also motivated her and wished a bright future for her. She was accompanied by her father Ranjit Singh Thapa, Sports director Prashant Arya and assistant director Sanjiv Pori during her meeting with the chief minister.
