In latest news from Dehradun, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and some of his cabinet colleagues left for Ayodhya to have darshan of Ram Lalla at the newly consecrated temple. Among those who accompanied the CM on this long-awaited pilgrimage were Satpal Maharaj, Premchand Aggarwal, Subodh Uniyal, Dhan Singh Rawat and Rekha Arya besides the Rajya Sabha member Naresh Bansal. Before emplaning for Ayodhya from the Jolly Grant airport, a beaming CM said that he was feeling thrilled and elated while on his way to have his first darshan of Lord Ram at his birthplace in fabled Ayodhya. They are scheduled to return to Dehradun in the evening.
