Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed a financial assistance of Rs four lakh each for the family members of the deceased in the Pauri bus accident. He has also announced a financial assistance of Rs one lakh each for the seriously injured passengers. Six passengers were killed while 16 others were injured when the Mahalchauri bound bus of GMOU Limited fell in a gorge in Pauri district on Sunday.
On Monday, the CM took information about the condition of the injured from the district magistrate of Pauri. He directed the DM that proper treatment to all the injured should be ensured. The CM also directed the DM that if needed the injured should be referred to the higher centre.
