In latest news from Uttarakhand, as the three-day monsoon session of the State Assembly commenced at Gairsain (Bhararisain) in Chamoli district, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid floral tribute to two deceased member and former member of the House- Kedarnath MLA Saila Rani Rawat who died on July 9 and the former MLA from Champawat Kailash Chandra Gahtori who breathed his last on May 3.
