In latest news from Dehradun, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the oil paintings fastened on the wall of the basement of A P J Abdul Kalam Bhavan in the Secretariat premises. He appreciated the quality of the oil paintings drawn by children staying in children homes under the State directorate of women welfare. These paintings manifested the wonder of the child-mind amidst the beauties of nature, Dhami said. The additional chief secretary Radha Raturi was among those present on the occasion.
