Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the scientists for the “Swadeshi” vaccine against Covid-19. He said that with the latest development, the long wait for the Indian vaccine against Covid has now ended.
On the recommendation of the Covid vaccine expert committee, the drug controller of India has approved Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin and Serum Institute’s Covishield for emergency use. It is a matter of pride for all Indians that both these vaccines have been made in India.
