The mother of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Savitri Devi, was discharged from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rishikesh on Thursday. The Medical Superintendent of AIIMS Rishikesh Sanjeev Kumar Mittal stated that Savitri Devi who is aged 84 and a resident of Panchur village of Yamkeshwar development block in Pauri district, was admitted to the geriatric ward of AIIMS, Rishikesh on May 14. At that time, her blood pressure was higher than normal and due to her old age, further tests were conducted at AIIMS. Following the treatment, she was discharged from the hospital on Thursday after the test reports showed normal results.
