CMs stuck for hours due to inclement weather

The chief ministers of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh were stuck in Kedarnath for hours as the government helicopter couldn’t reach the site due to inclement weather.

Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat and his UP counterpart Yogi Adityanath were in Kedarnath to pay their obeisance to the lord on Monday. However, due to consistent snowfall and reduced visibility, the government helicopter could not land at Kedarnath during the initial attempts. The chopper managed to land later during the day to take Adityanath to Gauchar for the night. He along with Rawat will be in Badrinath on Tuesday.
