Congress members created pandemonium in the house at the start of the budget session Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday.
As soon as the governor Lt Gen ( retd) started his address the leader of opposition Yashpal Arya demanded that the duration of the house should be increased.
The Congress members marched to the well of the house and shouted slogans. The governor however continued his address amid slogan shouting by the opposition members.
