Cong to contest elections under collective leadership- CLP leader
Tuesday, 27 July 2021 | PNS | Dehradun
The new CLP leader Pritam Singh was at his candid best as he eloquently expressed himself on the performance of the BJP government and the internal politics of the Congress party while interacting with media persons.
On the question of the face the party would project in the upcoming elections he questioned, “what is wrong with my face?” He then added that the party has made it clear on many occasions that the Congress would fight the election under collective leadership.
Singh could not hide his displeasure at being removed from the post of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president as he quipped that it would have been better had Karan Mahra been made the CLP leader.
