Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that influenced by the politics of appeasement, the Congress party is talking about religion based reservation. He was addressing a public meeting in support of the BJP candidate in Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency in Telangana on Monday. He said that the Congress is talking about implementing the Karnataka model in the entire country. In Karnataka, the OBC reservation was bifurcated to give benefit to the people of a specific religion. The then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh used to say that the first right on the resource of the county is of the people from a particular community.
Dhami said that PM Narendra Modi has categorically stated that the reservation will not be finished at any cost. Many historic works under the leadership of PM Modi have taken place. In Telangana both BRS and Congress have deceived the people, Dhami said. He said that PM Modi has sent the corrupt to jail. The princess of BRS is in jail while Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are on bail.
Dhami exhorted the people to ensure victory of BJP candidate G Kishan Reddy with huge margin so that Narendra Modi becomes the PM of the country for the third consecutive term.
He said that the Uttarakhand government has acted against land jihad and freed thousands of acres of land from encroachment. Uniform Civil Code (UCC) is implemented in the State and the BJP will implement UCC in the entire country.
BJP candidate G Kishan Reddy, Rajya Sabha MP K Laxman, Vinay Rohilla, Sandeep Yadav and others were present on the occasion.
