Cabinet minister Saurabh Bahuguna has said that the Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and the Fisheries departments should prepare projects while keeping the interests of the women and the youth in the centre. The minister gave this directive while undertaking a review meeting of these departments in his office in Vidhan Sabha on Thursday.
