In latest news from Doon, deeply concerned with the two deadly accidents at Morchula in Almora district and in Dehradun, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed the officials concerned to constitute a committee at the earliest comprising road accident experts and veteran officials from several departments like transport, PWD, health and disaster management to firm up security protocol to stop accidents. The committee will prepare the draft and then submit to the State government. He gave this directive while chairing a meeting with senior officials at his residence. CM said that the accident spree must be controlled at any cost.
