In latest news from Uttarakhand, the cow protection squad (CPS) team seized illegal meat weighing 86 kg from Rampura Sakhar village in Udham Singh Nagar district. The meat was found in an agricultural field and four persons were arrested. An axe was also recovered. CPS officers claimed they have seized one and half quintal of illegal meat in the past.
