The district cooperative bank, Uttarkashi has started a mobile ATM facility for the pilgrims in Uttarkashi district. The ATM van of the bank is being operated with the help of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
The general manager of the DCB Uttarkashi, Narayani said that the mobile ATM van is functional round the clock and it ensures that the cash requirement of the pilgrims is addressed during the course of the Yatra.
The pilgrims are also appreciating the facility provided by the bank. By providing the facility the Bank has become a valuable partner of the pilgrims visiting the shrine from all parts of the country, she said.
