The State government has decided to act against the officers of the administration who have not logged into the CM helpline portal for the last one month. The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while reviewing the CM Helpline in a virtual mode from Delhi directed that explanation should be sought from the officers who have not logged in the portal for last one month and in absence of satisfactory reply, action should be initiated against them.

He said that the complaints registered on the CM helpline portal should be disposed of in a time bound manner.  On a stern note, the CM said that responsibility of the head of department and secretary concerned should be fixed for the laxity of the officers. He directed that all the officers from the Block level officer to departmental secretary should hold regular dialogue with the complainants.

The CM directed all the district magistrates the roster of the BDC meeting held at block level should be prepared and 100 per cent attendance of the officers of the departments concerned and linear departments should be ensured in these meetings. A roster of district level officers should be made and they should be sent in the BDC meetings. He said that the DMs and CDOs should also try to remain present in every BDC meeting.

Dhami added that the DMs, CDOs and other senior officers of the district should also attend the Tehsil Diwas programmes regularly.

Dhami expressed annoyance on the issue of pendency of complaints with some of them pending for six months. He directed the secretaries concerned that the pending complainants are resolved. Dhami added that rather than the closure of the complaints the objective should be resolving the complaints.

He said that regular training of the employees as per the module of the CM helpline should be done and the officers should compulsorily attend the training.

The CM ordered that all the secretaries and heads of departments should hold a review of the Helpline- 1905 in the second week of every month and resolve the complaints.

In the meeting the CM also interacted with some of the complainants.

The CM also inaugurated the WhatsApp chatbot of the CM Helpline on the occasion.

The meeting was attended by chief secretary Radha Raturi, additional chief secretary RK Sudhanshu, secretaries R Meenakshi Sundaram, Shailesh Bagoli, Vinay Shankar Pandey, Ranjit Sinha, BK Sant, R Rajesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar Suman, director ITDA Nitika Khandelwal and all the DMs.
