Dhami government shuffles State bureaucracy

After transfer of IAS & IPS on Monday, PCS officers transferred on Tuesday

Amid speculation about an expansion and reshuffle in the Pushkar Singh Dhami government the State administration has affected a shuffle in the bureaucracy. After transfers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) officers late on Monday, 15 officers of the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) were transferred on Tuesday.
The government transferred PCS officer and additional district magistrate Nainital, Shiv Charan Trivedi to Uttarakhand Rural Development Institute as executive director. The municipal commissioner, Kashipur, Vivek Kumar Rai has been transferred to the post of ADM Nainital.
PCS officer Nirmala has been shifted to Udham Singh Nagar as sub divisional magistrate. Ravindra Bisht has been transferred to the post of deputy director Mandi Parishad, Rudrapur while Gopal Singh Chauhan will be the chief manager, sugar mill in Bazpur. As per the transfer list, Anurag Arya will be the Champawat SDM, Shailini Negi Uttarkashi SDM, Sohan Singh Chamoli SDM, Kushm Chauhan as the Haridwar city magistrate and Santosh Kumar Pandey as designated officer, department of Estates, Dehradun.
PCS officer Apurva Singh will be the new SDM of Dehradun, while Akash Joshi has been transferred to Pauri as SDM. Himanshu Kafaltia has been shifted as additional deputy revenue commissioner, staff officer chairman and AC Ghildiyal has been transferred to the post of joint director Urban Development directorate. Dehradun SDM Gaurav Chatwal has been shifted to Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) as joint secretary.
On Monday the State government had transferred 13 IAS officers, 10 IPS officers, one PCS officer and two officers of the State Secretariat service.
