Participates in swearing-in ceremony of Patel in Gandhinagar
Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the swearing-in ceremony of the Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel in Gandhinagar on Monday. Patel took oath as CM of Gujarat for the second consecutive term on the day after the ruling BJP came back to the power in the State for a record seventh consecutive term. Patel is the 18th CM of the State which has become a citadel of the BJP. Congratulating the newly sworn in CM of Gujarat, Dhami said that Gujarat would continue to move forward on the path of development under the efficient guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and energetic leadership of CM Bhupendra Patel. He also congratulated the newly appointed ministers in the cabinet of the CM Patel.
The ceremony was attended by the PM Modi, Home minister Amit Shah, national president of BJP JP Nadda, Defence minister Rajnath Singh and the chief ministers of the BJP ruled States.
