Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a surprise inspection of the BD Pandey district hospital in Nainital on Tuesday morning. The CM interacted with the patients and their attendants in the wards of the hospital.
He instructed the hospital management that there should be no negligence in the treatment of the patients. The CM visited the hospital during the course of his morning walk in Nainital on Tuesday. The people of Nainital were surprised to see the CM in the city streets early in the day. Dhami stopped at a tea stall and to the surprise of the onlookers, he also helped prepare the tea.
At the tea stall he entered into a conversation with locals on good governance and transparency in the works of government. He also met the sportsmen practicing in the field and inquired about their problems and instructed the officials to resolve them immediately. The CM directed the officers that the problems of the players should be resolved on a basis of priority.
Meeting common people during morning walk, inquiring about their problems and taking feedback on the activities of the government seems to have become a habit of CM Dhami.
