Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on pilgrims in Reasi in Jammu and Kashmir. Nine pilgrims died while 33 suffered injuries when the terrorist ambushed a bus in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The 53-seater bus of the pilgrims was heading to Katra when the terrorist opened a barrage of gunfire following which it veered off the road and fell in a deep gorge in the Poni area of the district.

Dhami said that the news of the death of pilgrims in the terrorist attack is extremely painful and highly condemnable. “I can say with full confidence that these enemies of humanity will not be spared. I pray to god for the peace to the souls of those who died in the incident and wish speedy recovery to the injured,’’ the CM said on X.
