Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the Prayagraj Mahakumbh in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. He visited the Uttarakhand Mandapam in the Kumbh area where he also interacted with the devotees visiting the State’s enclosure.
Visiting the Uttarakhand Mandapam established on his direction, the CM checked the accommodation and meals being served to the State’s pilgrims visiting the Mahakumbh. He said that devotees arriving in Prayagraj from across the nation and abroad are getting to know about the State’s culture at the Uttarakhand Mandapam. This facility provides accommodation while also providing a feel of Uttarakhand at the Mahakumbh, he said. Dhami further said that the traditional products of Uttarakhand are also reaching the people from here. The Uttarakhand government has made arrangements for exhibiting the State’s spiritual aspects, arts and culture along with the exhibition and sale of the special products of Uttarakhand, which is a commendable step.
