The regional employment office of Dehradun is organising a job fair on its premises for unemployed people of the district on Monday next week under the district administration. The regional employment officer (REO), Ajay Singh informed that a total of 16 companies will participate in the job fair to provide jobs to candidates aged 18 to 45 years. The candidates with even minimum qualification of class VIII can apply for a job in the job fair too. He said that both fresher and experienced candidates are allowed to participate in the job fair.
The REO also informed that considering the Covid-19 pandemic, it is a must for all interested candidates to fill a pre-registration form so that the administration can know about the number of candidates appearing for the interviews in advance. He said that pre-registration of all potential candidates will help the administration to make proper arrangements to ensure the implementation of Covid protocols on the premises.
The pre-registration form is available in the employment office as well as can be downloaded from the website www.rojgar.uk.gov.in, informed Singh.
